Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Just Roll app and website, operated by Competitive Metrics LLC. By creating an account or using Just Roll you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create a Just Roll account. Where local law sets a higher age for consent to online services (for example 16 in parts of the European Economic Area), you must meet that age instead. By creating an account you confirm you meet the applicable minimum age and have the legal capacity to enter these terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Just Roll only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms with you. We may terminate any account we believe belongs to someone under the applicable minimum age, and we will delete its associated personal data.
- You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you log and post.
- One person per account; don't impersonate others or misrepresent your rank.
Minors recorded by a gym
A gym may record a junior or kids-program student in Just Roll for curriculum, rank and attendance purposes. Such a record is created and maintained by the gym, is not an account, and cannot be signed into. A student recorded this way cannot post, comment, send or receive messages, appear in member discovery, or be found through location-based features.
A gym that records a student under the applicable minimum age represents and warrants that it has obtained verifiable consent from that student's parent or legal guardian, and that it will provide those records or delete them on the parent or guardian's request. The gym is the party responsible for that consent. A parent or guardian may contact us at support@justrollhq.com to review or delete their child's records at any time.
Safety of younger users
Messaging, community discovery and location-based features are available only to account holders who meet the applicable minimum age. We do not offer direct messaging, public posting or discovery to gym-recorded junior students. If you believe an account belongs to someone below the applicable minimum age, report it in the app or email support@justrollhq.com.
Your content
You own the content you post (posts, comments, training notes, competition results, and messages — gym chat, announcements, and direct messages). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it within Just Roll so the app can work — feeds, leaderboards, gym pages, messaging, and notifications. You can delete your content or your account at any time. The acceptable-use rules below — and our zero tolerance for harassment and objectionable content — apply to messages and direct messages exactly as they do to public content.
Acceptable use
Just Roll has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. The full rules live in the Community Guidelines; in short: no harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam, or illegal activity. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Reported content is reviewed and actioned within 24 hours.
Safety disclaimer
Brazilian jiu jitsu is a contact sport. Just Roll is a logging and community tool — it is not coaching, medical, or safety advice. Train under qualified supervision and within your limits. We are not liable for injuries sustained training or competing.
The service
- Just Roll is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Competitive Metrics LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (v1 is free, so: zero).
Termination
You may stop using Just Roll and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.
Changes
We'll post updated terms here with a new version number and ask you to re-accept material changes in the app.
