Delete your Just Roll account
This page is for people who use Just Roll (Google Play listing: "Just Roll: BJJ Training & Log"), published by Competitive Metrics LLC. You can delete your account and the data tied to it from inside the app, or ask us to do it by email without opening the app.
Deleting your account is permanent. We can't restore it afterwards.
Delete in the app
- iPhone / iPad: open the You screen, then Settings → Delete account.
- Android: open the You screen, then Delete account.
Follow the prompts and confirm when asked. Your account is deleted when you confirm.
Request deletion without the app
You don't need the app installed. Email support@justrollhq.com from the email address on your Just Roll account with the subject Delete my account. We match your message to the account by the address it comes from, so please don't send it from a different one.
We delete your account and data within 30 days of your request and reply to confirm when it's done.
What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove:
- your sign-in (email address) and your profile — handle, display name, bio, belt, city and state;
- your training sessions, weight logs and competition entries;
- your AI Coach memory;
- your emergency contact and medical notes, if you added any;
- your gym memberships, your family links, and the coaching notes your gyms wrote about you;
- the photos and videos you uploaded;
- your product-analytics profile and its events (PostHog);
- the push notification tokens for your devices.
What is kept or anonymized, and why
